Our apologies for not having kept this website up-to-date. The recent Rumbles have been interesting. There's been a focus on ministering to the Lord with shorter periods of prayer toward the end. It's as if we lift him up, he smiles over us, leans over his ear, & hears our brief/focused prayers. -Jeremiah

12-hour Vigil w/ 40 Days for Life

"...Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God." (Luke 6:12)

"And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly." (Luke 18:7,8)

Beginning at midnight following the evening of October 31st (a night of high witchcraft activity), Bound4Life-MN will be sieging 12 hours at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN. The gathering is day 39 of 40 Days for Life, a focused pro-life effort consisting of 40 days of prayer & fasting, peaceful vigil, & community outreach. Our community is one of more than 170 cities in 45 states joining together for the largest and longest coordinated pro-life mobilization in history.

The all night vigil will consist of our standing in unified silent prayer with the LIFE tape over our mouths and periodically removing the tape & congregating to encourage each other with words, visions, heavenly strategy, & song. Musicians will also minister songs throughout the gathering to help us set our hearts on communion with Holy Spirit & prayer for a LIFE reformation in America. At noon, we'll be going over to the State Capitol to close out the day.

Date/Time: 11/1/08, midnight - noon

Location:
HealthPartners' Regions Hospital
640 Jackson Street
Saint Paul, MN 55101
(HealthPartners' Regions Hospital is located just north of dowtown Saint Paul across I-94 on Jackson Avenue. Derek Sanderson is there representing MN. Pray for Derek & the others that God give divine wisdom, insight & strategy in prayer. Pray for revelation in the Word as they seek God during this time leading up to the elctions. Among other things, their focus is praying for:
-3rd Supreme Court seat to be filled with a just judge who will bring rights to our brothers & sisters in the womb!
-Righteous governmental leaders
-Pro-life president.
-The South Dakota & Colorado initiatives to grant human rights to the preborn.

We are joining them from a distance through prayer/fasting. Stay tuned for possible joining with them thru webstream during OneThing Mpls (to be held at Hosanna Lutheran in Burnsville, MN).See www.IHOP.org for details on the conference location. (It will be held the 2nd weekend in October)

We thank God for a new Bound4Life chapter here in MN! The day was split up into 7 hours in which we focused on Jesus' sufferings, seven instances of his blood being spilled, & integrating this meditation with the faith in our hearts to pray for our nation & the preborn. The 1st, 4th, & 7th hour were spent worshipping alongside live music on the South steps of the Capitol. What breakthrough came as everyone worshipped, many dancing, much joy in the Lord!! The other hours were spent indoors standing & sitting around the Rotunda area, praying. The day was closed out with communion & singing "Nothing but the Blood"* [how appropriate & timely to sing "oh precious is the flow that makes us white as snow," as snow fell from the sky that day!]

The Mercy Seat Gathering in Minnesota

During this season of Passover, will you join us as we cry for mercy for our nation?
In 2008, America finds herself in a place similar to that of 1860…a nation laden with the guilt of her innocent dead. In the 1860’s, the issue was slavery. Today, we bear the guilt of 50 million unborn babies. The heart of the Lord is every bit as moved today as it was then.
Abraham Lincoln, speaking at his second inaugural address, drew a direct connection between the heart of God and the Civil War…
“Fondly do we hope, fervently do we pray, that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue . . . until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said “the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.”

America is facing a dire crisis. If 600,000 men died in the battlefields of the Civil War-both north and south, black and white-for the shed blood of the slaves, then what will it mean to America-black and white and north and south-if God brings a day of reckoning for the shed blood of 50 million babies?

In the twilight hours before God’s most severe judgment on Egypt, the blood of the lamb applied to the doorpost caused judgement to “pass over” that home. Jesus is our Passover Lamb, and it is His blood that must be applied without delay to the doorposts of our national guilt.
On Saturday, April 26th Bound4LIFE and theCall will be mobilizing Christians to gather at supreme courts in all 50 states along with the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, DC. Would you answer this urgent call to prayer and join with thousands across the nation on this day when we will be holding a simultaneous Silent Siege of every Supreme Court? Coinciding with Passover, the purpose of this day will be to stand in silent prayer before the doors of our justice system and plead the blood of Jesus.

We urge you to make the journey either to Washington, DC or to the supreme court in your own state.See below for a complete list of supreme court locations.

REGISTER NOW
“I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it.” (Ez 22:30)

The Mercy Seat, April 26th, 2008

Nation's Abortion Capital is currently "Abortion-Free"

"We are rejoicing that for two straight weeks, Wichita, Kansas, the nation's abortion capital, will be abortion free for the first time since abortions began here."

Troy Newman (August 4, 2007)

(Wichita, Kansas)—The nation's most notorious late-term abortion mill is currently turning away all patients. Women's Health Care Services, operated by abortionist George R. Tiller of Wichita, Kansas, is closed this week and will not accept appointments for next week, when Tiller is scheduled to be arraigned on 19 criminal counts of committing illegal abortions without obtaining the signature of a doctor who was not financially or legally affiliated with him. Women's Health Care Services is referring patients to abortionists in Kansas City and Oklahoma. (Photo: Operation Rescue)

"We are rejoicing that for two straight weeks, Wichita, Kansas, the nation's abortion capital, will be abortion free for the first time since abortions began here. Even during the 1991 Summer of Mercy, Tiller was not closed that long," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "We pray that abortions will never resume."

Tiller's clinic was also was closed to abortion patients the first week in July. Last month over 500 people prayed for its closure during the Wichita Awakening event hosted by Operation Rescue. It is unclear when and if abortions will resume.

Operation Rescue moved its corporate office to Wichita in 2002, and has since relentlessly exposed wrongdoing at Tiller's mill.

"Because of public pressure brought by Operation Rescue, over a dozen clinic workers have quit their jobs with Tiller and dozens of companies will no long do business with him," said Newman. "We have exposed numerous botched abortions that have landed women in the hospital, uncovered an abortion death, and exposed his illegal business relationship with abortionist Kristin Neuhaus, for which he is now facing criminal charges. God has blessed our work and honored our prayers by giving us a respite from the killing."

Tiller was charged on June 28 with 19 counts of committing illegal abortions without obtaining the signature of a doctor who was financially or legally affiliated with him. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Operation Rescue is encouraging Christians to gather outside the Sedgwick County Courthouse and pray during the arraignment time.

Prayer Vigil Information:

When: Tuesday, August 7, 2007, beginning at 9:00 AM

Where: Outside the Sedgwick County Courthouse at the corner of Central and Main.

Why: Pray for justice during Tiller's criminal arraignment, and a permanent end to Tiller's abortion business

"Prayer is especially important at this critical time," said Newman. "We cannot hope to see justice without the favor of our Righteous God."

Source: Christian Newswire

U.S. House Passes a Bill Aimed at Reducing Abortions

"Whether you are pro-life like me or pro-choice like my friend Congresswoman DeLauro, the common ground we must build upon is our serious desire to reduce the rate of abortions." –Rep. Legislature reverse state’s life-affirming trend

ST. PAUL—Teenagers are being targeted for abortions as never before by Minnesota’s abortion industry and Planned Parenthood appears to be leading the way. Abortion promoters and providers achieved an alarming

16 percent increase from 2005 to 2006 in abortions they performed on minors, according to the annual abortion report released today by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).

It was the greatest increase since 1985 in abortions performed on minors, which had shown a general decline for 26 years. The spike occurred the same year Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota opened two suburban “express” mall stores targeting young women with scented oils, candles and referrals to its St. Paul abortion center.
“The huge jump in minor abortions is deeply disturbing to parents, families, and teenagers—but it was a predictable result of Planned Parenthood’s increased promotion of abortion,” said Scott Fischbach, executive director of Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL). “Planned Parenthood has learned how to take advantage of teenagers and young women by marketing its brand and building relationships to create future abortion customers.”

Planned Parenthood performed more abortions than ever last year, increasing its business by 21 percent in a single year, the greatest increase of any provider. For the third year in a row, Planned Parenthood aborted more unborn babies than any other provider. Abortions rose by 703 in Minnesota last year; Planned Parenthood increased its abortions by 648 for a total of 3,660, capturing nearly all of the increase.

“Planned Parenthood’s dedication to promoting abortion has reversed a life-affirming trend in Minnesota,” Fischbach said. “Planned Parenthood’s spokespersons say publicly that they want to decrease abortions, but when they sell 21 percent more abortions in a single year, no one can believe them anymore.”

A total of 14,065 abortions were reported in Minnesota in 2006, compared to 13,362 in 2005—an increase of more than five percent. It was a sharp reversal of four years of steady decline.

MCCL has urged the Minnesota Legislature to end taxpayer funding of abortions, which accounted for 28 percent of all state abortions last year. Instead, legislators have awarded additional millions of dollars in block grants each year to abortion-promoting organizations.
“Legislators must take responsibility for this tragic increase because they have refused to act to curb elective, unnecessary abortions,” Fischbach added. “This is a huge loss for Minnesotans. It is sad to know that many more women and teenagers are suffering, their lives and dignity cheapened by a predatory abortion industry.”

For more information about MCCL and abortion, visit www.mccl.org. Click to view the MDH abortion report.

Do not be discouraged by the face of the enemy in these reports, but let the truth of this reality pierce your heart. Be sober and vigilant in these coming months as the enemy will continue his attempt to discourage and weaken the LORD's purposes for Bound 4 LIFE Twin Cities and His Bride in Minnesota. This is not a season to dwell on the attacks of the enemy, do not lose focus off of the Glory of the LORD and His zealous zealousy for Justice.

Luk 18:7-8 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"

Have Faith in this coming season...for this summer grows hot.

After Supreme Court's Decision to Uphold Partial Birth Abortion Ban, New Pro-abortion Legislation is Introduced Which Would Overturn Court's Ruling

The Freedom of Choice Act would create an absolute right to abortion that would override any federal, state or local law that simply "interfered with" that right, no matter how compelling the justification for the law.
Jay Sekulow/AH (May 10th, 2007)

Pro-lifers barely had a chance to breathe a sigh of relief upon the recent victory in the U.S. Supreme Court, before a pro-abortion bill was introduced that would nullify the high court's decision, as well as that of many state and local laws which have been passed.

According to the American Center for Law and Justice's Jay Sekulow, the Freedom of Choice Act, introduced by Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator Barbara Boxer and Representative Jerrold Nadler, would invalidate many federal, state and local abortion laws, including the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.

Says Sekulow, on his website: The Freedom of Choice Act would create an absolute right to abortion that would override any federal, state or local law that simply "interfered with" that right, no matter how compelling the justification for the law. For instance, the Freedom of Choice Act would likely invalidate the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act even though the statute is constitutional. The findings section of the Freedom of Choice Act states that Congress's decision in the partial-birth abortion case "permits the government to interfere with the woman's right to choose to terminate pregnancy...." Since the Freedom of Choice Act would invalidate any federal, state or local law that interferes "with a woman's right to choose...to terminate a pregnancy prior to viability," federal and state partial-birth abortion bans would likely be invalidated.

This attempt to not only reverse the Supreme Court decision but to expand the right to abortion must be dealt with aggressively. Our Government Affairs staff is already working on congressional efforts to defeat this bill. I have assembled a legal team that is already reviewing possible legal challenges if this bill were to actually be passed. While I am not surprised by this move, I am very concerned. We must work aggressively to protect the most vulnerable among us.

To view a video presentation click here

Please intercede and fast, yes, give yourself to fasting
for the unborn (see Daniel 9)
and follow the video link and sign the petition.

Source: ACLJ.org

Links to our friends pages...

Here are just a few links to some other Bound 4 LIFE chapters across the state and across the country...

Bound 4 LIFE

Bound 4 LIFE Atlanta

Bound 4 LIFE Birmingham, Alabama

Bound 4 LIFE Chicago

Bound 4 LIFE San Diego

Bound 4 LIFE Tennessee

The Cause USA

Houses of Prayer:

Twin Cities House of Prayer

The House

International House of Prayer - Kansas City

International House of Prayer - Elk River, MN

Justice House of Prayer - Washington, D.C.

Justice House of Prayer - Boston

Zadok House of Prayer

United Nations hears testimony on abortion...

Women Testify at United Nations of the Pain and Destruction Abortion Has Caused Them

"Induced abortion is the greatest crime against women and children in this generation."

Denise Mountenay/AH (Mar 5th, 2007)

A group of women from across Canada who know the pain and experience of abortion firsthand, are speaking out at the UN this week. Melony, Lorraine, Evelyn, Maria and Denise, each have their own devastating story about negative impact abortion has had on their lives and bodies. They are participating in a workshop at the United Nations' 51st Conference on the Status of Women (CSW) in NY, on March 6th, 2007. This workshop entitled, Breast Cancer & Reproductive HEALTH features Dr. Angela Lanfranchi, a Breast Cancer Surgeon and Joel Brind, PhD, co-founders of the Breast Cancer Prevention Institute. The priority theme for the 2007 CSW is The Elimination of all forms of discrimination and violence against women.

This team of women—from Canada Silent No More an outreach to post-abortive women across Canada—believe that, "Induced abortion is the greatest crime against women and children in this generation," according to Denise Mountenay, Founder and President heading up the workshop. "Our mission is to expose the lies and rhetoric of the abortion advocates and providers, and help educate and empower women on the benefits of motherhood."

"Many studies prove that abortion damages women physically and emotionally yet are ignored by the government, media and our culture," says Mountenay. The team of women has experienced abortion and count themselves as expert witnesses to the physical, emotional and psychological pain and suffering that abortion causes. Lawsuits against abortion doctors will follow in a wave of accountability to doctors who have maimed and crippled women for years after.

Millie Lace (Arkansas), Licensed Professional Counselor and Director of the National Helpline for Abortion Recovery, says that if CSW is truly pro-woman and truly wants to protect women, they should call upon governments to protect girls (and boys) from the moment of conception.

The team of leaders is sponsored by the Endeavor Forum, Inc., an NGO based in Australia. Women for Life International an umbrella organization co-founded by Molly White, from Texas and Denise Mountenay, are confident that as more and more women share their pain from abortion that CSW will call upon governments to strengthen their laws and enforcement against sex selected abortion, and sexual exploitation of women and girls. If action is taken today, then we can stop this global movement of violence and discrimination against women and children.

What We Are About...

Vision
Bound4LIFE is a covenant, it's the sound of many voices heard in the heavens as we pray and appeal to a higher court than that of the Earth.

And our voices heard in the political realm as we vote only for candidates that are actively pro-life. It's the heart of God expressed as we obey His leading in acts of compassion and justice.

The message of the life tape and wristbands has gone all over America and the world. It mobilizes God's people to join with Him in promoting a culture of life and creates awareness that life is sacred from beginning to end. By identifying with the silent voices of those who can't defend themselves, we intercede for them and cry out for a nation where justice rolls on like a river and righteousness like a never-failing stream.

Mandate
Pray- I will pray that abortion will end every time I see the wristband.

God has given us a simple 22-word prayer to pray together...

"Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America."

Our prayers coupled with fasting are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds.

Vote- I will vote only for candidates who are actively pro-life.

God has never abdicated one square inch of the earth. The Church must arise in this hour and step into her calling to set the standard.

Obey- I will obey God as He leads me into works of compassion and justice.

We are His, and our lives are no longer our own. He Himself was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and this is why we respond in obedience. He paved the way. Love provokes us. Just as Jesus' heart was to love the world, we find ourselves only being satisfied as we move in the same compassion that ushers in justice.
